Construction and manufacturing companies purchase ferrous and stainless steel products for further use or processing. To perform high-quality work and reduce the delivery time of an object (product), ready-made components (blanks) are often required, including: sheet steel plates, blanks from circles, pipes, fittings, pre-welded parts.
In our production we use the following methods for producing workpieces: plasma cutting, band saw cutting, turning and milling, metal welding.
TAKTON LLC offers its services for the production of metal structure elements for the needs of residential buildings, cottages, any public buildings: bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs and so on.
This area includes: canopies, bumpers, parking bollards, benches, containers, decorative elements of columns and elevators.
The design and capabilities of fences depend on the material from which they are planned to be made. The most used structures are made of ferrous metal and stainless steel.
Almost all types of fences include the following structural elements:
– Support posts (balusters) – the main element that performs
the function of a fence and holds the handrail.
– Handrails are special beams laid along the support posts. Hold the handrail with your hand while moving up the stairs.
– Brackets – special fastenings of handrails to the wall.
Railings are usually made for indoor and outdoor stairs. External fences located outside the building are subject to constant external atmospheric influences, therefore stainless steel material is used for such fences, as well as concrete or stone.
Internal compositions are less susceptible to negative influences, which allows the use of wooden and combined options. Recently, combined ones have been widely used, which include components of wood, plastic and metal.
